Lightweight Mesh Upper with GORE-TEX Invisible Fit
The Speedgoat 6 GORE-TEX features a lightweight and breathable mesh that allows cool air to flow through the shoe, removing uncomfortable heat build-up and regulating internal temperature to create a healthy environment where feet can thrive. The fabric hugs the foot, offering lightweight support whilst a protective toe bumper shields against hard knocks and bumps. A GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane with a 70% recycled face fabric delivers breathable waterproof protection with a barely-there feel that won't irritate your foot.

Alongside this, a dual-sided gusseted tongue prevents dirt or debris from entering the shoes whilst providing next-to-skin comfort for ultimate confidence with every stride. An internal support chassis locks the foot down for a more secure fit while a dynamic vamp allows for more accommodation in the forefoot, allowing your toes to splay. A bolstered heel construction provides structure and the redesigned collar seals out any dirt and debris. A traditional lacing system with a Velcro ankle strap provides your feet with a locked-in, secure fit so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

CMEVA Midsole
A lightweight CMEVA has been used within the midsole of the Hoka Speedgoat 6 Mid to ensure a cushioned and responsive ride. The midsole provides lightweight cushioning, even more so than its predecessor, which keeps your feet comfortable and supported as you move through uneven terrain. The lightweight foam is also highly responsive as it adapts to the ground beneath you and works to propel you forward as you move throughout the gait cycle.

The foam is lighter and more responsive than previous versions, preventing the wearer from feeling weighed down and keeping you feeling light and quick on your feet. In addition, the foam absorbs shock and impacts in key areas of the shoe and helps to stabilise the foot, keeping you firmly on your feet. A smooth MetaRocker encourages a natural heel-to-toe motion for comfortable strides. Completing the midsole, a moulded EVA sockliner extends the cushioning, enhancing in-shoe comfort and keeping things soft.

Vibram Megagrip Outsole
Completing the Hoka Speedgoat 6 Mid is a Vibram Megagrip outsole that ensures traction and grip on varied terrain. This high-performance rubber compound provides an unparalleled grip on wet and dry surfaces, rugged longevity and optimal ground adaptability.

The rubber can form a solid bond with the ground beneath to ensure traction and control as you explore the unbeaten path. Zonal rubber placement ensures traction and grip where you need it most while remaining lightweight so you can easily cut through tough terrain. Furthermore, Traction Lugs in a revised lug orientation adorn the outsole to provide flexible and multi-directional traction as you tackle awkward ascents and daring descents.
